SKAU VACCINES

SKAUvaccines is a technology based biotech company developing Hyper Immunogenic Antigens (HIA) against a number of viral diseases caused by enveloped RNA viruses.

The Hyper Immunogenic Antigens are constructed by minor alterations (one or two mutations) to the immune suppressive domain of the viral surface proteins to remove their inherent immune suppressive activity while maintaining the overall native conformation of the envelope protein. Thus the HIA technology can be combined with existing vaccination strategies involving viral surface proteins and/or VLPs.

Currently our pipeline includes HIV, HCV, Ebola, Dengue fever and influenza, all in preclinical stage
